I don't go to the meeting or have WW online. Does anyone have any info on the new Filling Foods plan. A list of what foods you can have and what you have to do and how the plan works.

There is no Filling Foods Plan. The new WW plan is called Momentum. Everyone is encouraged to eat filling foods. The option under Momentum Simply Filling will replace the old Core plan, but you don't get that until Week 6. Go to a meeting and get the materials for more info.
