5 day exercise challenge

Join me. For 3 of the next 5 days, do 20 minutes more of what you do, or add 20 minutes of something new. That will add one hour of exercise to your week! I think I'm going to add 20 minutes of :ebike: if I can get to the gym, since I don't normally do that. Rhonda |

So, there are 4 days left (counting today).
Tonight I did 20 minutes of stretching and free weights. I think that I should stretch every day and do the free weights at least 3 times a week. I'm working toward that goal. I find that on the nights I do the stretching I am much more comfortable when I lie down to sleep and that my back and legs do not hurt. Rhonda |
Saturday AM
Yesterday I walked a good hour more than I normally do. Today I am either going to :ebike: or :exercise: for 30 minutes. |
I started today. I know it was the last day but better late than never. 20 minutes on the treadmill. I'm going to do 20 minutes every day that I can when no workmen are coming.
