Menu - Oct 6 - 12
I know we all missed the sixth but here's a chance to help get back on track.

Tuesday
My goal for this week is to pre-post menus Tues - Fri. I get a break if we end up back in the hospital tho :^:
B - egg sandwich [1pt] S - banana L - grilled chicken; grilled potatoes; salad S - sf/ff pudding D - grilled veggie wrap w/hummus [3pt]; 2 wine [4pts] Planned AP - walk the dog [-2pt] daily WPA - 8 - 2 = 6 if I add a glass of wine to dinner that will go up to 4 still ok; I added 2 glasses of wine so went up to 6 one more than my no more than 5 goal:^:. WPA total 11/35 (not counting Monday which I'm not) -Tech I went up to make lunch and didn't have all the stuff. So my menu has changed but still good. :) |
My goal is to keep my hunger levels under control, no starving feelings!
B-cottage cheese L-Salad with corn, black beans, and carrots, with FF italian S-can of green beans S-apple D-grilled marinated chicken(left overs from yesterday) and couscous Did Chest today at the gym 4 exercises, 4 sets of 12, 20 min on eliptical My guilty indulgence, 3 glasses of wine chardonnay [4pts?] :o:^::cool: |
Wednesday
Well, yesterday wasn't too bad....Today I have a sinus headache so hopefully I don't try to medicate with food.
B - Smoothie S - popcorn L - Pork Tenderloin; sweet potato spears; green beans S - apple D - squash soup; potato roll (2 pts) planned AP - Walk with Mom 45-60 min [-3pts] daily WPA - 2 - 3 = -1 since you can't carry over AP that would mean 0 :D Weekly WPA - 11/35 (again not counting Monday) Steph - wine is 2 pts for 2 oz (although someone else mentioned that according to WW e-tools calculator after the first each glass is 1.5 pts) so depending on the size of your glass...3 glasses would be 5-6 pts. I'm getting back on track after my 2 week funk !
B: SF/FF yogurt, strawberries & flaxseed AP: 30 min walk = 25 mod, +2 20 min walk = 15 mod, +1 L: veg soup, 1 svg cheese (3) S: baked apple w. cinnamon, all bran buds (1) AP: 30 min walk, = 25 mod, +2 D: 2 eggs, 3 slices bacon S: SF/FF yogurt, blueberries AP: 20 min walk = 15 min mod, +1 & of course, 8 bottles of water Totals: AP = 6 - 4pts = 2R |
