L-buffalo chicken burger, carrots, watermelon S-banana with less than one tsp. peanut butter D-diet coke sloppy joe over baked potato S-WW cheese cake with choc. chips 10pts (an excellent treatment for PMS) |
B-Potato & Onion Frittata[o'brien potatoes,onion marg garlic eggbeaters]1c FF milk.
D-Eggplant au Gratin[diced eggplant tomatoes,onions & diced can chicken, grated cheese Olive oil] Sn-berries and Creme[1] Supper-Turkey breast w ) cranberries & green beans & turkey gravy[1] De-pineapple & ff plain yogurt 26 wpas-2=24 wpas left. |

b - egg sandwich (poached egg, soy sausage, english muffin) [1pt] s - banana l - confetti chili, fruit (blueberries, peach, kiwi) s - d - grilled pork chops w/rhubarb chutney [2 pts]; grilled potatoes w/onion [1 pt]; yogurt-mint cucumber salad activity pts earned - 5 non core pts used - 4 (I may have a glass of wine with dinner which would raise this to 6) I know soy sausage isn't technically core, but I count it as such, I figure when I get closer to goal I'll tighten up my list. -Tech |
