Wednesday Menu, August 27, 2008

  • Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 8 oz skim milk

    Lunch: None.....just not hungry and am trying to honor that instead of eating just because it is lunchtime.

    Snack: One or two plums.

    Dinner: Core Diet Coke Sloppy Joes, bun for points, oven fries made with healthy oil; fresh green beans with smart balance light (1 point)

    Snack: I still haven't had the smoothie and need another milk. Either that or SF/FF pudding
  • Vickie, you're doing great. My today's menu is a step backwards and I wi tomorrow. Oh, well, I could be doing worse.


    Not Core and Barely Flore

    b--1 pancake, sf syrup, 1 patty sausage
    l--ww spaghetti/meat sauce, lettuce, 1 tsp Ranch, 1 slice Garlic toast
    s--apple
    d--raw carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, ranch
  • Here is my day:

    bf - banana, ezeikiel cereal, ff milk
    lunch - roast chicken, ff cheese and whole wheat wrap (1pt). Plum
    snack - 1/2 100 calorie cheezit pack (dd ate the other 1/2) and a peach.
    dinner - spagetti squash pie, steak tips, roasted veggies.

    snack??
