Sunday Menus, August 24

  • b--cereal, milk
    l--raw broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery, ranch, core-n-bread
    s--bite of pork chop and slice pickle
    s--banana, apple
    d--Italian restaurant. I'll be back to post.

    d--ww pasta, oo/garlic, 1 breadstick, salad, small amt dressing, grilled veggies--water to drink (I think I did all right. I'm counting quite a few wpa's, but that's what they're for.)
  • Sunday

    b- 1 pc toast w/ pb & honey, 1 pc with grape jelly
    l- lean cuisine frozen pizza
    s- string cheese
    d- spaghetti: sauce, browned ground turkey, zuchini w/ wheat pasta
    s- 10 frozen grapes
  • Breakfast: None - slept through it

    Lunch: Oatmeal cottage cheese pancake

    Snack: Plum

    Dinner: Roasted chicken in my Ron Popeil Showtime Rotisserie; Core Mashed potatoes made with skim, FF sour cream, smart balance light for points, sweet corn

    Snack: Smoothie

  • b--2 eggs
    2 cups coffee with real sugar (1pt) and ff milk (frothed of course!)

    s--banana

    l--salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber,and edamame with vinegar/olive oil

    s--microwave 94%ff popcorn with Molly McButter cheese sprinkles

    d--whole wheat pasta with 0 point tomato sauce and parmesan cheese (1 pt)

    s--ww cookie (1 pt)
