    l--cod, mashed potatoes, ketchup
    s--banana
    d--1 slice bread, cranberry sauce, sliced turkey, cheese, onion, pickle, tomato
    s--raw veggies
  • Tee Hee! I though you said COLD mashed potatoes! Thanks for starting this. I got distracted by my backsplash.

    Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, skim

    Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim, small box of raisin (1 Point)

    Snack: Nothing.....can't get to the food in the kitchen

    Dinner: Early....Grilled pork chops, fresh grilled asparagus brushed with olive oil and garlic, sweet potato with cinnamon, equal and smart balance (2 points).

    Snack: Popcorn or a smoothie
