Weekly Challenge -- 8/11/08 through 8/17/08
Since no one has started a challenge yet, and this should actually be the first day of the challenge, I will make it something that doesn't have to be a full 7 days.
Let's try to get in at least 3 days of exercise, and also 3 days of core, using no more than 3 points per day(on the 3 days of core portion. You can use more than 3 points a day on all the other days, but only use 3 or less points for at least 3 days). Is anyone up for this? |
I had just come to the computer to start a challenge and it would have been very similar to yours.
So, I'm in. But, I'm going to push myself a little more. I'll do my :exercise: DVD every other day (or go to gym) and I'll do Core with only 3 points for 5 days of the week. (Did I say that??) I'll start tomorrow. Rhonda |

I'm making today my "hard core" day....I'm trying not to use any points.

Sounds good to me, I'm trying to be pretty close to hard-Core this week, and I've been pretty good so far...
