Weekly Challenge - July 28th to August 3rd.

  • OK, Personal Challenge week.

What do you want to accomplish this week?

For me -- I'm going to write down everything, honestly track my WPAs and increase my walking 3 times this week.

    What about you?
  • I'll follow suit about tracking. I'll stay harder Core and use my DVD three times this week. I'll continue my daily walking of at least one hour a day.

I found the "hard core" challenge last week to be very helpful. With the exception of yesterday, everytime I used a point, I wrote it down.

  • I'm going to pick my WW starting date and stick to it. Believe it or not.....this is the hardest thing for me at this point.
  • My personal challenge will be to write down every wpa for the whole week.
  • Doing OK, but haven't done the DVD yet!

Better hurry up and do so!
  • So far so good for me. I did extra walking yesterday. I have to go back to the WW site and write down what I ate. BBL
  • I have been sneaky about staying off the weekly challenge thread!!
But this week I will try to get back on my walking routine.
  • OK with food; still walking; and went to class for 20 minutes and rode the for 10 minutes!

    Rhonda
  • I've written down every wpa so far
  • Did for 20 minutes and elliptical for 10!
  • I am still not walking..
I have lots of time but the heat here isn't helping.
I need some tough love from everyone because I was doing great
with the walking and now nothing.
  • I exercise in spurts too, Nancy. Just make it a rule for yourself and do it. Once you get started again, you'll be fine. Do you have a treadmill that you can do indoors? Something else you can do in the air conditioning? When I'm in a zone I make silly rules for myself. No breakfast until I walk. No shower until I walk. No TV until I walk.

I watched the first 5 seasons of Gilmore Girls on TV while I walked on the treadmill. One episode per walk. There are tons of things you can rent or get out of the library to watch on a treadmill.

Ok....now I just need to start following my own adice!
