I don't know where I read this. Could have been in here but I'm not sure. So I thought I would share this in case it wasn't here that I read it.
I use Land O' Lakes light butter made with canola oil if I need butter for something. Sometimes I do have a few pieces of toast and this is what I use. It is real butter, but less fattening and it is really good and only 1 pt for a Tblsp.

(check it out if you've never seen it or heard of it)
Any way, I tried this last night and it was awesome. I took 1 Tblsp of this butter (1 pt) and 2 tsp canola oil and put it in a bowl. I put it in the microwave until the butter was melted and mixed it up. Then I poured this mixture over my popcorn. It was so much better than the plain 94% ff popcorn, plus I got my oil in, and it only cost me 1 point. It's like havening the regular fat popcorn! I think if I don't get my oil in, this is how I will do it for now on.

for the idea!!!
