Recipe Book for Core
 

At the bookstore it seemed all the WW cookbooks were more for the flex diet with just a few core recipes. I can't justify buying a cookbook unless all the recipes are core. Is there one out that has all core???

You might try South Beach diet and maybe some "whole food" cookbooks. Most South Beach recipes are core.

I actually have one of the South Beach Books.
Thanks, I didn't think of that. I wonder if some of the Atkins
recipes might work if I sub out FF dairy and lower fat meats.

Great idea. I've been struggling w/ the same thing. I can't wait to go check out the SBD books... Even Atkins-you're right!!
