I love No Pudge brownies!

One package makes 12 2-pt brownies. I make them in muffin tins (line bottom with parchment paper, spray sides with nonstick spray) so I can really make sure they're mostly the same size. They are yummy!!

I cut little circles of parchment paper to fit the bottoms of my muffin tins....I have had a hard time getting the brownies out of any pan I've used, but the parchment paper makes popping them out a snap. I like to put the brownies in individual freezer bags and freeze them...then pop a bag in my lunchbox and voila! a lovely 2-pt treat at work. Add 1/2 cup of 1% milk for 1 pt and it's a nice snack. They freeze really well, and by the time I am ready to eat them at work, they're perfectly thawed.

Talking

Mmmmm...my mouth is watering already in anticipation...

Thank you for the info. Now, are you talking about regular size muffin pans, or mini muffin pans??
