Avocado on Core
Has anyone on Core eaten avocado daily,and still lost weight? Maybe I just have Flex on my mind, but a whole avocado is 8 points, which is a lot if I were to be counting points. I still remember being in a Nutrition class, and the instructor saying that avocado is considered to be a fat, not a vegetable. I eat at least 1 a day, on Core.

I'm not on core, but I often eat a 1/4 avocado a day. Maybe you could try cutting down to half or quarter... a whole is a lot for one day. They are so good!

I agree. I don't think I'd eat a whole avocado daily, but I have certainly eaten it often throughout my week and still lost weight. Just a little avocado in a salad makes me SO happy. Try increasing the other items that you are eating the avocado with and use it for color and garnish. We are supposed to be starting with one serving of any item. I think one serving of avocado is considered to be one quarter.
