  • b: Bob's Red Mill hot cereal w/splenda, banana, and skim milk
    l: salad w/low fat turkey sliced in, cottage cheese, skim milk
    s: ff sf cocoa, apple w/ff american cheese slice
    d: fajita style beef stew, one dinner roll with no butter, skim milk
    s: 2 low fat graham crackers and 4 marshmallows

    I should mention each day that my menu is not strictly Core. I am modifying for family and budget reasons.
  • breakfast: Shredded wheat, banana, skim milk
    lunch: Pinto beans, rice, orange
    dinner: Taco salad (ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, ff cheese, ff sour cream), green apple
    snack: Mixed veggy salad topped with salsa/sf ff pudding

    on a side note... I've been trying to count calories/fat/protein lately to make sure I'm on target so I don't over do it and I've done great with calories/fat, however my protein intake seems low. I guess I need to add more protein to breakfast.
  • Breakfast: 4 oz ff/sf yogurt, small homemade oatmeal muffin, decaf w/cream

    Lunch: toasted bagel, 3 oz tuna w/lf mayo, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber
    2 small clementines

    Dinner: whole wheat pasta, veggie/tomato sauce, banana

    Post workout snack:???

    b--missed it today.
    l--spaghetti/meat sauce/ 1 slice garlic toast
    s--WW ice cream 1 pt bar.
    d--taco soup/core cornbread
    s--banana
    s--sf/ff hot chocolate
  • B: oatmeal, lf milk, banana
    L: about 4 oz smoked salmon and salad
    D: soup, homemade

    snacks: apple and lf cheese; 2 clementines
    I also went to a reception and had 1/4 bagel (not core) with some more smoked salmon
  • Oh I am now craving smoked salmon - love the stuff!
