Turkey...allowed?
 

Is Jennie-O Lean Turkey & Gravy allowed on the Core plan? It's lean all white meat in a roasting pan that you cook for a couple hours? Anyone?

Cindy, the turkey might be Core but not the gravy. We are only supposed to eat non-processed turkey....no additives. If you have to eat it, I'd count points for the gravy and whatever else might be in there. Sorry. Do you have a Complete Food Guide or whatever they are calling it now? I tossed mine because it was so old. Maybe it will be listed in there. There were lots of name brand items included.

Thanks vickie....I figured the gravy wasn't on the core....but I wasn't sure about the turkey....it's not in the book....grrr
