Monday Menu

  • OK, I have to commit to writing down everything that goes into my mouth. So here goes:

    bf - total cereal, skim milk, banana. Need to buy a new cereal that is core.,
    lunch -tuscan chicken that I made yesterday (very tasty), yougurt and watermellon.
    snack - apple
    dinner - pork roast, apple sauce, veggie.

    snack - popcorn or frozen fruit.

  • B: Orange and 1 oz almonds (pts)
    L: salad greens with shrimp, scallops, red and green pepper
    D: some kind of meat and salad

    Snacks: fruit

  • Omlette (whites and 1 yolk) with baby bella mushrooms, scallions
    orange juice (1 pt). and coffee

    L:
    ww pasta
    frozen eggplant cutlets (not breaded)
    sugar free pasta sauce
    salad w/a homemade dressing (good oil--walnut)
    water

    Snack:
    handful of cashews (5 pt.)

    Dinner:
    don't know yet--I'll probably check back here for ideas!
