Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal
Lunch: Core porcupine balls (points for the little bit of brown rice in them since I'm having ww pasta for dinner) and FF cottage cheese
Snack: Naval orange
Dinner: Core Meat sauce over ww rotini; double serving of fresh green beans
Dessert: Fresh strawberries with a bit of FF cool whip
Tons of water!
