  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: Core porcupine balls (points for the little bit of brown rice in them since I'm having ww pasta for dinner) and FF cottage cheese

    Snack: Naval orange

    Dinner: Core Meat sauce over ww rotini; double serving of fresh green beans

    Dessert: Fresh strawberries with a bit of FF cool whip

    Tons of water!

    b: shredded wheat & bran, skim milk & splenda. Unsweetened applesauce.
    l: chef salad, light done right dressing (pts), skim milk
    s: pear
    d: some kind of Healthy Choice soup, rest of the salad, water
    s: 2 slices of bread & butter (pts)

    b--1 c cheerios, 1/2 peach, 1/2 c ff milk, splenda
    l--ww tv dinner/cabbage salad
    s--1/2 c cheerios, 1/4 c almonds, 1/4 c raisins
    s--apple
    d--ww tv dinner. 1 slice wg bread
    s--popcorn

    no sugar no fat added toast, with 1 tsp blueberry jam (was at friends house and didnt have any cheerios or steel cut oats)

    went to visit dh at work today and we ate out
    roast beef sandwich/mustard
    chicken noodle soup

    turkey cutlet fried in 1 tsp olive oil with mushrooms, onions and red peppers
    baked potato
    skim milk

    d pop
    pineapple
    strawberries

    *didnt have enough water the last two days..spent sat night at a friends camp and today I drove to where dh works. Made the best possible choices for breakfast and lunch but they had more sugar in them then I wanted.
