Easter dinner/ Monday menu
sunday:
b- cheerios skim milk banana water l- egg white omlette dry flax seed toast homefries water s- frozen yogurt/banana 1/2cup s- turkey green beans mashed potatoes turnip 1percent milk s- apple cheese # walked 30 mins monday: b- steel cut oats skim milk blueberries maple syrup s- apple cheese l- chicken sandwich/ tomatoes/ cheese slice s- walnuts s- low fat lasagne asparagus salad special dessert ( I had made dh a low fat carrot cake last week but he didnt make it home so I froze it so heshaving that instead) skim milk *walk 30 mins |

Now, tomorrow is another story. Since winter is back, I think I'll start with oatmeal. The rest of the day will be CORE, for certain! So, I can't have too many of today's left overs. DH can have them! |
