Well as designated 'challenge' leader I am not doing so well - so hope none of you are following my example. Past few days have consisted of major binge eating and I sure wish I could just tape my mouth shut!
Did not weigh myself this morning - but will try and remember to weigh in tomorrow. Suffice it to say that my weight will definitely be up and I will need to really focus to get anywhere near my goal!
