wednesday wannabes
Ok im back to add....what I meant by wednesday wannabes....we want to be healthier!
b- steelcut oats maple syrup skim milk water cinnamon blueberries s- banana water l- salad/lite feta cheese *changed my mind and had soup adn crackers* wasa crackers 6 cheese s- walnuts yogurt s- leftover pasta with tons of veggies stirfried in skim milk s- tea *walking 40 mins |
