Week 1 Results - Weight Falls To The Falls!

  • So week 1 is over and while it was a tough week for me - I am happy with the results so far! (yes TOM is finally over!)

    Start: 212
    Week 1: 210.4

    April 19th goal: 205!

    How is everyone else doing? (Melissa is doing great of course!)

    Now if I could only start adding some exercise in this week!

    And I might be doing okay right now, but we must remember that this is my 2nd (3rd?) time losing this weight! But thanks anyways!

    currant: 289.5 (another decade..getting close to virgin fat territory)
    loss: 2 this week (coming back to edit! when I checked my online journal I realized it's two pounds..as if I didnt know that ..sheesh..)

    Hmm I seem to have gotten everything out of wack by having my weigh-in on Saturday huh?

    March 10th - 195.4 (unoffical starting weight)
    March 17th - 194.6 (1st offical weigh-in)
    March 24th - 193.0 (2nd week)
    Goal by April 14th - 190

    i guess i'm maintaining. my jeans are fitting about the same. i am determined to not step on the scales for a few days, but i did measure my waist.

    I only lost .2 but I am delighted! I went to 3 parties and ate veggie pizza last night. I deserved to gain but I did not because I was as good as I could be when I was in control. Next week I hope to lose more despite TOM that will probably be looming. I'm ready to be done now.
