Switching from LC to Core

After some serious thought and reading what jadedjane had to say about
core And running into so many weightwatcher memebers that I disided to
rejoin the program.

I've been on LC (Atkins) for about 1 1/2 months now and am ready to
eat an apple orchard!!:dizzy: I want carbs so badly it's not even funny.

So, I'm rejoining this friday.

Welcome Sweet Mel! I love the program and found it to be VERY effective when I follow it like I'm supposed to. I also find that exercise is essential, especially until you get the hang of eating only until satisfied.
