B) oatmeal with splenda, milk
S) FF cottage cheese and peach slices
L) Lean ground beef patty with a slice of FF cheese; 1/2 cup pinto beans
D) ?? ... probably fish and broccoli

bf - pumpkin snack cake, banana
snack - veggies and dip
lunch - apple, chicken barley sweet potato soup
snack - pear
dinner - steak tips, mashed potatoes, veggie.
