Saturday menu, Feb. 3

  • I guess I'll start since I just had a nice Core breakfast.

    B - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 4 peach slices
    L - probably a scrambled egg and slice of cheese toast (1 pt for the bread, using FF cheese)
    D - probably tomato soup and more milk. Hopefully I can talk Judd into having grilled cheese sandwiches and soup for dinner (sandwiches for him).

    I doubt I'll have any snacks today.
  • I'm starting to get back to regular-ish eating today.

    l: turkey breast Subway sandwich w/no cheese or spreads, skim milk (maybe)

    not sure after that

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: Core egg salad (eggs, FF mayo, relish with splenda, onions) on a ww bun (points)

    Snack: Large orange

    Dinner: Lemon Garlic Chicken thighs, oven fries, fresh green beans with smart balance light

    Snack: Skim and a ww mint for 1 point
