This morning's weight was 140.4. It's not Thursday but it's the first loss I've seen in a week or so; figured I'd post it anyway. I'm not changing my tracker until Thursday though (if there's any change to be made, that is).

How's everyone doing? I'm sinking rather than swimming - and trying to tread water! Busy in the evenings so the exercise is a problem - but I did do some floor exercises this morning instead (situps, leg lifts, pushups) - hoping every little big helps!

Eating wise I am doing good, exercise not so good, I will try to do my wath dvd today.

i'm turtling (staying the same). i haven't felt like exercising this week but am eating all right. (stomach issues help with that.) i don't know if i'll have a loss fri or not. time will tell.
looks like we're all doing about the same with the exercising, doesn't it? we need some motivation. |
No exercise here, but yesterday was 139.6, today was 139.2. We'll see what happens Thursday morning. Hopefully I can change my ticker.

I REALLY need exercise motivation!! But, I'll get to Pilates class tomorrow, even if it's stupidly cold outside!

i may go back to the women's club thursday for weights and yoga. if so, i'm buying a yoga mat to take. i'm blaming my "bug" on lying on that well-used mat. lots of sickness going around.

That's the same as yesterday but still down. I'll put my tracker at 139 to round up. |

I must say, I am very surprised to be here. I have seen fleeting glimpses of 139.8 but this is the lowest I've been in more than 10 years. I have finally convinced myself that I can't drink cokes or beer or other stuff like that and maintain this. So ... thank GOODNESS for that Diet Sunkist! :lol:

Yeah....it's all about choices. I like to feel full but if I eat until full, I gain. Sigh.
Enjoy it, Kathy. You worked hard, sacrificed and now get to be where/near where you want to be. |

Still having trouble getting the exercise in. I didn't go to Pilates because of my back. I thought that I would get to aerobics class this morning and then my back did it again. I'm going to stick to stretching and walking for a while. AND, I'm buying a new recliner this weekend. That sounds counterproductive, but I think it's part of the back problem.
