Well here goes:
Breakfast: 1/2 c ff/sf yogurt mixed w/ 1 cup fresh blueberries, decaf w/light cream
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch:
tbd - probably salad or something from food court as I did not bring my lunch today (maybe soup/salad combo?)
Dinner: lemon/garlic marinated chicken breasts, greek salad, roast potatoes
Snack: lf popcorn if hungry!
