Default A complete core foods list
Can someone direct me to a complete core list please. I NEED to loose this weight but don't know which program to go with

We can't post it here due to copyright stuff but if you go to weightwatchers.com it is on there. If you have trouble finding it go to their core message board, lots of great info there!
In the meantime you can check out our menus and recipes for ideas! Hope to have you join us!
