The Day After - Jan 2 Menus!
At work today - UGH!!!!
Breakfast: 1 small measly lf yogurt cup, decaf w/light cream Starving at 10:30 am - small banana, more decaf Starving at noon: Blue menu (lf frozen dinner) chicken tikka masala w/basmati rice big vat of cherries 3 pm starving - soup 6 pm dinner - tbd - hopefully fajitas! Frouf |
Here's mine:
B: egg L: tuna salad D: green salad, maybe some rotisserie chicken with it No snacks, and lots of water |
B: lf yogurt and banana
L: left over ham and an apple...should us some points since it is honeybaked ham D: was going to make pot roast until I realized how much ham is left over. I think I'll try to just have a big salad and give DH the ham. Snacks: lots of water and some fruit and yogurt. Thankfully, I'm not very hungry today (sorry, Frouf) and all the water is really helping. |

Lunch: Sirloin burger, slice FF american cheese, sliced onion, bun (3 points) Snack: Fresh fruit salad; 1 WW Mint patty (1 point) Dinner: Chipotle Chicken burrito bowl with 1/3 cup brown rice cooked at home in chicken broth Dessert: Core plus 1 Orange Dreamsicle WPA's Used 5 Water five 8 oz glasses so far |

l: chunky split pea and ham soup, milk s: string cheese (pts), strawberries d: sweet & saucy meatballs over barley, green salad, milk Angela |
