Sunday's Eating - Jan 7 menu

  • Not core for sure - but I need to write this down - it always seems worse when I don't!

    Breakfast: 2 slices ww toast, margarine, 1 hb egg/lf mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato, decaf

    Snacks (out shopping): flavored water, pretzels
    Decaf w/cream, sample taste of chocolate chip cookie

    Home snacks: slice dark rye, liverwurst, diet pepsi
    salsa/avocado mix w/organic tortilla chips

    Dinner: 1 cola chicken thigh, scoop of brown basmati rice
    More flavored water

    Snack: lf yogurt, banana

    TAPE THE MOUTH SHUT AT 9 PM!

    d--ff pizza, lean burger, veggies

    Ok, here goes

    B: yogurt (slept late), coffee with milk
    L: 3 small meatballs; 2 new potatoes; cup of green peas
    D: zero point soup; cheese and crackers (gave in!); apple; 1/2 cup of red wine

    snacks: 10 almonds
  • rhonda, looks to me like you did all right. i baked curtis some cookies today. it's been a long, hard not to eat type of day.
  • well, i see i had already added the orange. guess i best go eat it.

    at dinner i meant that i put some burger on the ff pizza. (7" diet pizza) it wasn't as calorie laden as it looks. (thank goodness)
