Succulent Saturday Menu, December 30, 2006

  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, double serving of peaches, equal

    Lunch: Oatmeal made with skim and a banana cooked in, equal

    Dinner: Spicy Chicken Cacciatore (tons of mushrooms, onion, red pepper, black olives) over ww rotini, double serving of fresh broccoli

    Snack: Smoothie made thick like a malt!

    Dessert: Core orange dreamsicle (1 point for FF cool whip in recipe)

    Water....water.....water
  • Good for you, using up that free broccoli.

    l: LO pork loin slice I didn't have yesterday, salad, milk
    s1: 2% cheese stick (points)
    s2: some fruit
    d: not sure yet...will be Core though

  • Not core - but trying hard not to overeat!

    Breakfast: cheese sandwich (2 slices ww bread, 1 slice cheese, tomato, lettuce), cranberry juice (like not time to make tea or coffee!!!)

    Snack/Lunch: popcorn, diet coke at movie
    slice of rye bread, smoked meat at home (before going grocery shopping!)

    Dinner: 4 slices multigrain baguette w/margarine, LARGE dinner salad: california salad: mixed spring greens, red onion slices, strawberries, sliced chicken breast, pecans w/mango poppyseed dressing), a few herb/garlic shrimp and pasta made by big ds (very yummy)

    2 flavored water bottles

    diet ginger ale

    10:30 pm and I'm hungry!!!!
