Breakfast: Shredded Wheat and Bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: LO ww angel hair and marinara

Snack: Can of wax/yellow beans with a bit of smart balance (points)

Dinner: Oatmeal made with skim a banana cooked in, 1 T of walnuts (points)

Snack: Vanilla or chocolate Frosty

Here is my day:
BF - 2 boiled eggs
lunch - core chili, carrots/tomatoes, apple
snack - pear
dinner - grilled pork, couscus and corn
snack - tea, fruit.
