I haven't bought the new companion book yet & was wondering if you can have deli meats on core. Thanks

Dawn, I haven't bought a new book yet either. As far as I know, only one or two types of Boar's Head turkey and ham are Core. My Leader says that as long as it isn't processed but rather cooked at the Deli, it's Core. I've never seen that advice in writing though.

wow vic ive never heard that either. we only buy boars head low sodium products which is premium and as far as i know even these arent core. its pretty funny bc sbd says its ok to eat lean cold cuts. go figure.
