    Dinner: Mixed field greens, black olives, red onions salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy olive oil), Butt steak, ww pasta with smart balance light (points), double serving of fresh cauliflower

    Snack: Big mug of hot tea with skim and equal
  • B: two pieces WW toast with Becel Margarine ( not core?) and SF jam; lf milk

    S: WW Arizona Chicken (spicy chicken breasts); spinach; tea

    Snacks: apples most likely
