Shepherds Pie
 

1 ts veg oil
3 oz lean ground turkey
1/2 c chopped froz onions
1c froz mixed veggies
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1c mashed potato flakes
1/4 c milk
1/4 c ff shredded cheese

Pre heat oven to 400% Heat a skillet with oil on med heat. brown meat,breaking it in small pieces.Add onions , veggies & tomatoes Cook 5 mins. Put mixture into small sq foil baking pan. cover meat with mashed potatoes.Sprinkle with cheese.Bake 10-15 mins. Until cheese is melted.
