Default zucchini

We have lots of zucchini & all my friends, neighbors lock their car doors so I can't unload on them.
I'm looking for your favorite way to prepare them as a side dish or vegetable. I belong to allrecipe.com plus some other recipe sites but nothing beats your personal favorites. I'm not looking for anything sweet, we're not bread, dessert types. Please post your favorites, Thanks!

My FAVOURITE way to eat zucchini is grilling it on the BBQ, marinated in zesty italian salad dressing.
Not very interesting, and probably not the answer you were looking for, but I couldn't resist.

Thanks Girls, both the zucchini casserole and the grilling sounds good. I love Italian dressing on veggies, I buy the kind you make yourself (fat free). Our zucchini is winding down, I've made quite a few loaves of chocolate marble zucchini bread for DH. He said it's delicious, I don't eat sweets myself.

I'll look forward to the corn/zucchini dish, Thanks.
I checked out your progress pictures, you look fantastic! Isn't it fun shopping for smaller clothes?

Sorry, I forgot to get the recipe! I will look for it this weekend. Its in an older WW book.

Thanks for the compliment! It is nice shopping for smaller clothes. Of course at the moment, I'm having to shop for slightly larger clothes. But hey its for a great reason, right?
