Heat broth, sugar, thyme, garlic and pepper in a saucepan to a boil. 2. Add cauliflower, beans and carrots. Cover and cook over low heat 1 minute or until tender crisp. 3. Place vegetables and broth mixture in a shallow nonmetalic dish. Add vinegar and parsley. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
