Spinach mushroom and feta quesadilla

So, Its basically just that! I took 3 mushrooms sliced thin and sauteed them in a pan with a big handful of spinach chopped up, cooked till liquid is mostly out. Put into a ww tortilla(I like la tortilla factory ones) sprinkle with about a tbs feta cheese, fold, and brown both sides! Voila! and YUM!:carrot:
