Default Fried Onion, Mushroom and Radish

I saw the radish fries posted here and didn't like em, so I modified it to something totally different.

1 pk radishes peeled with veg. peeler.
1 onion sliced
1 can mushrooms

Fry with approved butter until onions are crispy. Add 1 tbsp SF pancake syrup. heat until caramalized. The radish looks like the onion and you can't even rally taste it. Just adds a bit more to just plain onion and mushroom.

These are amazing with anykind of meat.

I do something along these lines, but I've never used the syrup before. Sounds good. I like to put some parsley and garlic in these, making "parsley potatoes". I agree, they go good with just about anything.
