Feta Sprouts

  • 2 cups alfalfa sprouts
    1 small cucumber, chopped
    1/2 cup LF or FF Feta Cheese
    1/4 plain yogurt
    1 TBS sesame seeds, toasted
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    ----------

    Stir together sprouts, cucumber, cheese, yogurt, sesame seeds, and pepper in medium bowl. Serve over tomato slices.

    For Phase 2 - Serve in Pita Bread.
