Squash

  • 1 teaspoon butter
    2 medium zucchini, julienne cut
    2 medium yellow squash, julienne cut
    1/2 teaspoon chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/8 teaspoon ground pepper

    Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add butter and
    heat over medium heat until it melts. Add zucchini and
    remaining ingredients and saute for 5 minutes or until crisp tender.

    Makes 4-6 Servings
