Easy Bruschetta

  • Easy Bruschetta

    3-4 Large Tomatoes, chopped (or 1 large can diced tomatoes)
    3-4 T. 2% Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
    1-2 t. extra-virgin olive oil
    1 large garlic clove, pressed
    green onion, chopped
    fresh basil (or dried)
    salt
    pepper

    This is a family favorite. It's a tricky recipe to nail down.... it all depends on taste. But once you experiment with it a few times, you'll figure out how much of each ingredient you prefer.

    Good by itself or as a topping for salads, meats, etc.

    For Ph2, good with Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Triscuits.
