Default I Can't Believe my EYES!!!
Howdy..woooooooooohoooooooooooo I've lost 4 pounds for a total of five since starting SB on Monday, July16th!!! 9 days on the plan...incredible! I stepped on the scales three times because I couldn't believe my eyeballs! I am so happy! I know that so much of my motivation comes from being accountable to this board! YIPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I've got to make this a quick one..went back to review last week's post and noticed I typed 168 1/2 instead of 158 1/2!!!
I haven't been too stressed lately!! LOL!
Anyway, I lost a 1/2 lb. this week....I'm 158. I had hoped to
lose more but I'll take that half a pound. Yes, indeed I will!
Gotta be off to work!
Will post more tonight!
