  • MONDAY
    Didn't feel like going but knew I couldn't miss 3 days in a row and sure didn't want to start the week out with not going today, so out I went and surprisingly did my 4.5 miles in 51:54-not too shabby!
  • I did it!! After one week off I decided to get moving again. I did 5 out of 5 the previous week, I am going to try and do it again this week.

    2 Mile WATP
  • Monday- Did my treadmill today....
  • TUESDAY
    Was diligent and got out there and did my 4.5 miles in 50:24 AND then did some weeding
  • 2 Mile WATP tape

    Walking across the train bridge (now a walking bridge!) over the St John River
  • WEDNESDAY
    Had a choice, go back to bed with a nice warm body that asked me to come back to bed or go out and exercise, despite it looking like rain AND having knee pain. Which one to do

    I WENT FOR A WALK!!!!!

    Did my 4.5 miles in 54:10, longer than I'd of liked but with the pain I was experiencing, I don't think it's too bad!
  • Wednesday- Walked on the treadmill...
  • Thursday did the 1 Mile WATP....my son chose the 1 mile but I wish he had picked the 2 mile...next time he doesn't get a choice!
    To make up for the lack of distance I put all the more into the movements to get the most out of it.
  • Thursday- Walked on the treadmill this morning...
  • Friday-Went for a 90 minute walk in the woods behind my house. Up hills, around puddles, over streams and lots of rough terrain!
