Hiya everyone!!
I am a daily scale watcher..It helps me to stay on track. I weighed in this morning and lost 4 Lbs!! I am thrilled! I had done 2 minutes of Richard Simmons video yesterday..but my eating was so-so. My problem is that I don't do any movements. I eat mindless, not mindful and that is what I what to learn. The news will have a segement about mindless eating on channel 4 this morning.
