Whole Foods Menu 11/21

  • B-greek omelet(spinach, onion)
    L-veggie curry on brown rice(cauliflower, lentils, br rice)
    S-berries and yogurt (berries, yogurt, honey,walnuts)
    D-chicken breast, sweetpotato, salad (chicken, sweetpotato,tomato, evoo)
    S-1 kashi granola bar, dark chocolate(chocolate)

    tea all day (tea)
    15 superfoods, not too bad
  • B- skipped
    L- ?? sandwich from cafe
    S- green tea, raisins & peanuts
    D- pork chops, brown rice, green beans
    S- popcorn at movies, dark chocolate almonds (9:30pm show)
  • Teacher appreciation day at work... the PTO brings in goodies to fatten us up so we can't run away, or fit into a decent interview suit...

    There's this stuff... I think it's peanut butter and marshmallow fluff... good on apples, better on animal crackers...

    When I get back from my Happy Place I'll tell you about all the bran and Greek yogurt I ate today, and the ground turkey burger I'm having for dinner.

    (Hm. Could there be a REASON the weight ticker in my signature hasn't move in two weeks???)
