    I am new to thei site---love it
    i have 3 girls 6/4/15 mos---love to eat all the kiddy food
    pizza is my fav really wuold love to loose 50lbs
    my hubby and i have tried sb he is doing very well
    but i have trouble-- i have no willpower when it comes to food ????????

    This is a great site and there are alot of really nice ladies who would love to help in any way we can to encourage you, as far as will power goes, I wont lie to you...SBD takes more that alot of other diets do (at least for me) Have you ever thought of Weight Watchers? I did it for while and it works great too, that way if you eat anything your tempted by, you can count your points for it and it isnt gonna make the plan stall or fail, I could eat whatever I wanted but had to watch my portions really close. I love SBD better as far as the way I have to eat healthier foods and it is really fast in the first 2 weeks as far as weightloss, whatever you decide know that you will have alot of support here, Have a great day..

    Sometimes we get so wrapped up in taking care of all the loved ones in our life that we don't take care of ourselves... It's easier to fix one meal for all than separate ones... SBD is such a healthy way to approach food, that it is great for the whole family to adopt whole grains, fruits ,veggies ,lean meats and less starchy and sugary foods.. Perhaps you can begin by adding some of SBD favorite dishes to your family dinners..?
    Take a look at the Emergency handbook for phase 1.. There's a list of foods to shop for... One of the best defense s is planning! Make up some healthy grab and go snacks...
