Hello People!!
I am new to south beach and don't own the book yet but have looked alot online and have a seasoned helper friend. I have about 200 (YIKES!!) to lose and really think this plan could work for me. As a newbie though I really don't know where to start. Do you all have any tips for me to help get me started? I will listen for hours so spill it!! Thanks in advance.
