I don't know how realistic my goal is, but I am going to shoot for 12 pounds. That would put me at 155. I haven't been below 160 in years so if I don't get exactly 12, but make it into the 150s then I will be thrilled!
Hoping to lose two pounds a week after Phase I (which I just started). I'll try my best, but I am also being on guard for throwing in the towel if things aren't going as I want them. Good luck to you all!
