30 Day Walking Challenge

  • I will do 60 minutes of walking on the treadmill everyday (with the exception of Sundays)
    Start Date: 2 November 2006
    End Date: 6 December 2006


    Distance to be covered in 30 days: 150 miles or 241 kilometers
    Incline: Between 3 - 5
    Approx. calories burnt in the month: Between 13000 - 15000

  • I will do a minimum of 60 minutes walking 6 days a week.
