Hey everyone, well i joined here like a long time ago, I kinda just forgot about it, then a few months ago i refound it, and i was doing soooooooo good, i lost like 12 pounds, then i dont really know what happened, i just woke up one day and decided i had enough with that or something, anyways ive gained all the weight back, in like 2 weeks.
I feel like crap, probably from eating like crap
anyways i really would like to restart my lifestyle change
so expect to see me posting on here ladies!
